WriteGirl Named California Nonprofit of Year!

Executive Director Keren Taylor accepted The Governor and First Lady’s Medal for Service which recognizes WriteGirl as a nonprofit whose volunteerism has had a tangible impact on the community, region and the state of California. This high-profile award is a wonderful public acknowledgment for the hundreds of professional women writers who so generously volunteer their time, expertise and heart to our WriteGirl teens.
